Old Windsor United Charities trustees will set out to run the almshouses in a spirit that embraces the following mission, aims and values.

To manage Penny Royal Almshouses for the benefit of the residents within the conditions of the charity’s constitution.

Enable the residents to live independently with dignity.

Treat the residents with respect and fairness.

Operate in a business-like but friendly way.

Encourage a welcoming environment and sense of community and good neighbourliness among residents.

Respect diversity in residents’ preferences, lifestyles, faiths and beliefs.

Maintain financial stability and proper reserves.
